This issue of Dinner and a Movie is going to be brought to you by Moj pokoj instead of the usual Solitary Views, but I guess that much is obvious! Keeping with the SV spirits of Dinner and a Movie I will give my dinner instructions in basic bachelor form.

This weeks dinner is going to be good ol' fashioned Meat Loaf and with this ol' fashioned meal we decided to watch a blast from Lance and I's child hold, except it's been "new and improved" for this new generation. I gave into temptation and watched TMNT (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles).

Dinner
Simple and easy this one is!

you will need:
  • 1lb ground beef (hamburger)
  • 1 small onion
  • Handful of cracker crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chili powder
  • garlic cloves(3-6 depends on how much you like garlic)
  • ketchup
  • Dijon mustard
Preheat Oven to 350
In a bowl add beef , egg, half the cracker crumbs, garlic, 2 dashes of salt, 4 dashes of pepper and a light coating chili powder over it all.
Then dice your onion and add it with everything else in the bowl.
Use your hands and mix it all up!
Then get a casserole dish and spray it with veggie spray.
Mold the burger mix into the casserole dish.
Top with the remaining cracker crumbs and then drizzle ketchup and mustard on top.. and type of design will work doesn't on have to be the drizzle effect.
Cook 1 hour.
