
I'm standing in the Telus store at our local mall waiting for someone to become available to help. When this older couple comes in and was standing behind me looking around.
The guys says
"wow sure is busy in here"
the lady replied
"i know dear, how come it's always so busy in here?"
I turned around and said
"it's because their products suck and everyone is always in here getting them fixed"
"OH" they replied together
then they slowly turned around and took off in the direction of Rogers. I have now come to the conclusion that after my contract is up with the Telus company that I WILL NOT be re-newing. They have ran me around in circles for the last three days and I'm not very impressed. My 6 month old cell phone has seems to have come down with a software issue, that Telus is fully aware of and says its prone to the model of phone I have. So obviously not the first time this has happened, but i guess not obvious enough to inform other costumers! "wow sure is busy in here"

"your phone will have to be shipped out, it'll take about 3-5 weeks to be repaired."
"oh...otay"
"that it'll will be $150 for the loner phone"
"WHAT?! i have to pay for a loner?? it's your guy's software problem thats wrong. Its not like i was trashing my phone... shouldn't warranty cover that or something? "
"Sorry miss no. Well do you really need a phone??"
"well that depends, are you not goin to bill me for the month you have it?"
"No miss we are still going to have to bill you"
"then yes i do"
I couldn't believe it. Its like taking in your car in and getting the loaner car and having them say"oh...otay"
"that it'll will be $150 for the loner phone"
"WHAT?! i have to pay for a loner?? it's your guy's software problem thats wrong. Its not like i was trashing my phone... shouldn't warranty cover that or something? "
"Sorry miss no. Well do you really need a phone??"
"well that depends, are you not goin to bill me for the month you have it?"
"No miss we are still going to have to bill you"
"then yes i do"
"we're just goin to need a $20,000 deposit"
And not to mention the person i talked to on Sunday told me stuff that was completely the opposite from the girl today... I understand about the whole training thing... but hey if you don't know your products and the way things go about maybe you need someone still with you while you learn. 
Not a fan of Telus at the moment! But always a fan of there animals!!
